Job Title: Sales Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will help drive growth and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers across a wide-ranging territory. You will have the opportunity to work in a remote role with a flexible schedule, while traveling to key regions to generate new business and build lasting connections.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop annual sales plans and quotas for assigned regions and territories. Forecast sales objectives and align with broader organizational goals.
Market Analysis: Review sales trends, results, and competitive landscape to ensure strategies are aligned with evolving market conditions. Continuously assess strengths and weaknesses to optimize sales performance.
Sales Programs & Execution: Implement national sales programs and develop actionable field sales plans to drive results. Set clear sales targets and KPIs, ensuring that goals are met consistently.
Customer Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Meet with customers regularly to assess their needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Actively seek new opportunities for business growth and expansion.
Lead Generation & Sales Conversion: Identify and pursue leads, close new deals, and generate sales growth. Leverage both traditional and digital sales strategies to connect with potential clients and partners.
Sales Support & Team Collaboration: Work closely with distribution partners to facilitate and add value to the sales process. Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and improve service offerings.
Reporting & Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account progress. Provide daily reports on field sales success and share insights with leadership to inform future strategies.
Market Development: Continuously monitor emerging markets and industry trends to identify expansion opportunities. Implement strategies to capture key demographics and drive long-term success.
Budget & Territory Management: Prepare and manage sales budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources to meet sales targets. Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan that includes all aspects of account management and sales growth.
Job Requirements:
Travel: 50% travel required within the assigned territory, including Georgia, Alabama, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arizona, and New Mexico.
Remote Work: This is a remote position with the flexibility to work from home.
Education & Experience: A bachelor's degree in business management, sales, marketing, marketing communications, or a related field from an accredited university is required. Minimum of 5 years of sales or account executive experience is also required.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in the car wash industry
C-suite account executive experience
Experience in sales for a marketing agency
Digital and social media marketing experience
