Job Description

A Dallas- based investment company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support executives and teams in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who is a quick learner, proactive, and a team player with a positive attitude.

*Temp-Hire depending on performance

*Fully on-site, 5 days/week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Organize domestic and international travel, including visa procurement.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and time entry.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with teams globally and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting executives, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Zoom.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
