Share Located in Verona, WI Salary: $20-25/hr We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our client’s team in Verona! This role is crucial in supporting our project managers and ensuring smooth operations across various administrative functions. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Project Support: Collaborate with project managers to provide administrative support, including scheduling, document management, and coordination.
• Invoice Management: Process and track vendor and customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
• Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processes, including data entry and record-keeping.
• Data Entry: Perform back-end data entry tasks, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
• QuickBooks Utilization: Use QuickBooks for financial tracking, invoicing, and reporting.
• Computer Skills: Operate various software applications efficiently, including Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
• Independent Work: Manage tasks independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing responsibilities effectively.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Personable Interaction: Engage with team members and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
