Job Description

Our client, a reputable and growing firm with 70+ years in the financial services industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience and grow in a fast-paced, professional environment.

The ideal candidate will play a key administrative role supporting operations related to underwriting, surety bonds, loans, insurance, or related financial services. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive to build a career in financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to brokers, underwriting and client service teams
• Prepare, review, and process documents such as loan files, bond forms, insurance paperwork, or title records
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with financial statement documentation
• Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders via phone and email
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
• Support general office tasks and maintain confidential files and data

Preferred Backgrounds:

Candidates with experience (0–5 years) or academic knowledge in any of the following areas are encouraged to apply:

• Loan processing or underwriting support
• Mortgage processing or loan documentation
• Insurance, financial services or real estate title services
• Comprehension reading through financial records, accounting, or financial statements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the financial services industry
• Familiarity with financial documents and reporting is strongly preferred
