Job Description:

A local company is looking for an AP Specialist that is a detailed-oriented and organized individual. In this role, you will provide accounting and clerical support, maintaining and reconciling financial records, preparing accurate reports, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accounting and clerical support, including data entry and record maintenance
• Prepare, reconcile, and ensure accuracy of financial documents and reports
• Research and resolve discrepancies, adhering to established standards and procedures
• Prepare summaries of financial data and assist in the preparation of various reports
• Collaborate effectively with the team and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Accounting
• 2 years of Business/Accounting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; especially excel
• 10-key by touch required
