Job Description

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge and experience in tree care such as climbing, pruning, removals, worksite safety, etc… 
• Experience in tree and shrub ID, pest ID and IPM. 
• Signs of tree hazards.
• Understands the concept of root fertilizing, (when, where, and why).
• Able to operate trucks and equipment and perform daily and weekly fleet service needs.
• Understands and can use chainsaws, shears, and additional pruning tools.
• Able to lead by example (safety, PPE, communications, and instructing).
• Helps support in every way the completion of work and satisfaction of customers.
• 3+ years of experience.

Recommend Industry Credentials:

• ISA Certified Arborist.
• Chauffeur's License or CDL-A.
• DOT Health Card.
• State of Michigan Category B Pesticide Certification.
• Hazardous Tree Evaluation Certification.
