Assembler Technician
Location: Pleasanton, CA
Pay: $27.00/hour | Salary: $56,160/year |
Type: Temp-to-Hire

We’re seeking a skilled Assembler/Technician to assemble sub-assemblies and final products with electronic and electro-mechanical components. This role requires precision, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
• Assemble electronic/electro-mechanical sub-assemblies using hand and power tools.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and CAD drawings.
• Perform soldering, crimping, and cable/wire harness assembly.
• Conduct quality inspections and tests to ensure compliance with production standards.
• Troubleshoot and rework assemblies as needed.
• Maintain safety and calibration standards.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma/GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of electrical assembly or technician experience.
• Proficiency in reading schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Hands-on experience with soldering, crimping, and chassis board building.
• Knowledge of BOM, documentation, and sub-assemblies.
• Familiarity with hand tools (list tools during application).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Must-have skills:
• Explain prior roles and responsibilities clearly.
• Proven experience with sub-assemblies and soldering/crimping.
• Knowledge of BOM and ability to answer technical interview questions confidently.
