Job Description

Associate Recruitment Consultant- Miami LHi Group consists of 4 international, non-competing recruitment brands working in the most cutting-edge markets in the world including, Renewable Energy and Built Environment. I

International locations: including New York, Los Angeles, Austin, Miami, London, Bristol, Manchester, Berlin, and Munich!

The opportunity: This is the opportunity to join as an Associate Recruitment Consultant with LHi Group in our Miami startup!

Tailored Training Academy. Our bespoke sales and recruitment training course consists of a 6 week program where you will be taken through the different stages of recruitment, developing your sales skills and market knowledge. Taking place both in the classroom and on desk, you will be assisted through all aspects of recruitment; from sourcing candidates and understanding a qualification call for full cycle recruitment to effective business development and sales outreach methods. The dedicated Learning and Development team focus on enhancing your skills of each stage of recruitment, sales negotiation tactics, building your business through cold and warm outreach, and managing of the full cycle process alongside subject matter experts. From day 1 and throughout your career, you will be mentored by your manager to teach how to monetize the candidate and client pool of the most lucrative markets assigned.

What the role includes:
•Business Development: Create and develop relationships with new and existing clients through cold and warm outreach - Cold Calling, Job Boards, linkedIn, Google Search, Zoom Info, Database Etc..

. You are a consultant to a client and candidate, managing expectations and guiding them through an interview process
•Responsible for finding new clients to work with and sourcing possible candidates for those clients and potential roles you win. Either over the phone or face to face
•Market mapping to identify and partner with new businesses and candidates within your market
•Phone based lead generation through networking and market knowledge

. Set daily, weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators alongside manager and team to reach monthly revenue goals

The benefits:

Base salary of $50,000 and a starting guarantee of an additional $10,000 base paid biweekly while in training with uncapped commission to earn figures of over 70-80K year 1
