Company Overview: Applied Behavior Learning Center (ABLC) is an ABA Therapy center for children with a unique comprehensive and collaborative methodology, that is extremely progressive, unlike the traditional ABA methods. We target the reduction of maladaptive behaviors in combination with teaching appropriate replacement behaviors and increasing self-regulation skills. Role Overview: As a Behavior Therapist at ABLC, you will:

  • Apply ABA therapy principles to help children with Autism reach their full potential.
  • Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children aged 18 months to 12 years.
  • Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with a team dedicated to ABLC’s core values.

Salary Structure for Behavior Therapists at ABLC (based on experience):

  • Associates/High School Diploma: $15.00 – $23.00 per hour
  • Bachelor’s Degree: $16.00 – $25.00 per hour
  • Master’s Degree: $17.00 – $27.00 per hour

Entry-level candidates receive a raise after obtaining RBT certification, typically within 45 days.

  • Engagement: Interact with children at their eye level, creating positive connections.
