As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Bilingual Director of Supply Chain to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations.

The Bilingual Director of Supply Chain will be responsible for leading the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, production planning, and distribution. This role is crucial in ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and supply continuity while maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management within the food industry and experience driving strategic initiatives for growth and optimization.

Bilingual Director of Supply Chain Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product availability
• Oversee procurement, vendor management, and supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
• Manage inventory levels to balance supply and demand while minimizing waste
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure accurate demand planning and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and sustainability initiatives
• Implement and leverage technology to improve supply chain visibility and efficiency
• Develop and manage budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

Bilingual Director of Supply Chain Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a food industry
• Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and production planning
• Proven ability to develop and execute supply chain strategies that drive efficiency and cost savings
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in speaking, writing and understanding Spanish

This role requires an onsite presence in Oak Brook, IL.
