Job Title: Business/ Change Analyst

Location: Hybrid role based in Houston, TX, with 3 days per week in the downtown Houston office.

Duration: Minimum 12 months, with potential for extension.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• We would also consider seasoned OCM/Change Management candidates for this role, especially if they have some experience in the BA space. This is a unique role, supporting the business as the org navigates through technology, process, and org changes.

Business Process Mapping and Improvement:

• Understanding of business processes and workflows
• Expertise in process mapping, analysis, and optimization
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Able to provide facilitation support for stakeholder workshops

Requirements Gathering and Elicitation:

• Skill in conducting interviews and facilitating workshops
• Ability to document and manage business requirements and use cases

Ability to create detailed business cases including cost/benefit/ROI Data Analysis:

• Proficiency in data collection, management, and manipulation
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and tools
