How You Will Learn:

Your journey begins with a comprehensive training program designed to turn you into a logistics and sales expert. You’ll gain a strong foundation in brokering before diving into advanced sales training. By the time you're done, you’ll have developed a solid portfolio of clients who will consider you their go-to professional.

What You Will Do:

Once you’ve completed your training, you’ll step into the role of Business Development Representative. 

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Build a Book of Business: You’ll be using your charisma, strategic thinking, and persistence to forge connections, generate leads, and keep your sales pipeline humming along.
• Become a Market & Pricing Expert: You’ll become a guru at quoting, winning freight deals, and handling one-off spot opportunities—no challenge is too big.
• Client Success: You’ll ensure each shipment is managed seamlessly and according to the highest standards of service, because we don’t just move freight; we deliver excellence.
• Collaborating Across Borders: You’ll work with our international team, identifying cross-selling opportunities that expand our reach and your success.
