Our clients firm was founded in 2000 by two ambitious, recently graduated law students. Today, they represent families and businesses from around the world, helping them navigate the complexities of immigration with compassion and care. As the Business Operations Manager , you will be a pivotal leader within the firm, working closely with the co-founders to manage day-to-day operations and drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, tech-savvy, an exceptional leader, and a strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership and Operations Management:

• Oversee all administrative and operational functions including banking, IT, insurance updates, payroll, vendors, HR. 

• Create, implement, and refine operational systems and policies, ensuring efficient service delivery that aligns with the firm's goals. 

Team Development and Culture Building:

• Lead, mentor, develop and grow a diverse team, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement. Create and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for all positions. 

• Maintain and enhance the firms culture, celebrating team milestones and encouraging community involvement. 

Financial and Performance Oversight:

• Manage the firms budget, optimizing financial performance and resource allocation. 

• Create, monitor, and report on KPIs, using data to drive decisions and improve operational outcomes. 

Client Relationship Management:

• Ensure exceptional service delivery, maintaining high standards of client care and satisfaction. 

• Handle client escalations with empathy and efficiency, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. 

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in management and operations or similar role, preferably within the legal or professional services sector. 

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills. 

• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities. 

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 

• Strategic thinker with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure. 

• Proficiency in office technology and software, including legal case management systems. 

• Data and KPI driven.
