You may also complete household tasks such as laundry, sweeping, meal prep, etc. Each individual has at least one goal to work on and you will play a vital part in helping him or her achieve those goals. Our residential programs provide a safe home environment and ensure that the individuals participate and engage in their community. You need to be a strong advocate for the individuals, a willing team player, and motivated to create the best possible experience for the individuals you work with.
