Arch Amenities Group, the world's leading spa, fitness and leisure firm, is seeking a Certified Personal Trainer at our flagship, state of the art, wellness center.This is an on-site role for a Certified Personal Trainer to join WorkLife WellBeing at THE MART. This a commission only role at a pay rate of 40$-45$ (50%)

 

Individuals will also have the option to teach group fitness and be a part of our launch of our small group training programing.

 

This is the perfect role for a wellness professional who wants to service a wide variety of clients in a professional work environment with a competitive pay structure. Team members are guaranteed all Saturday evenings AND Sundays off, nor are they required to work late nights on weekdays. Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Develop safe and effective training programs for clients based on their individual goals, abilities, and health considerations driving client success and long-term retention.
• Actively promote and sell personal training packages and additional services to both existing and prospective clients
• Schedule and complete complimentary fitness/health assessments, introductory client sessions, and other member events as assigned.
• Handle administrative tasks related to client management, such as scheduling and billing
• Participate in facility events, activities, and seminars when directed by management.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to ethical practices in all interactions with clients and fellow team members.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge about exercise, health, and fitness by remaining current with trends in the industry.
• Maintain a clean and organized workout environment, including equipment setup and sanitation.
• Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere with clients and team members alike

Qualifications:

• College degree in a health science or exercise related field strongly preferred.
• Certification from a nationally recognized agency such as ACE, AFFA, ASCM, NSCA, NASM and ISSA
• Minimum 2+ years of personal training experience. Sales experience is not required but strongly preferred.
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Ability to demonstrate proper form and equipment use. Awareness of proper body mechanics to prevent injury
• Excellent customer service skills and strong work ethic
• Punctual, efficient, well organized
• Professional manner, discretion, and appearance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational
• Dedicated team player
• Must be able to lift 45-pound weight plates and stand for long periods of time

Job Type:

• Part Time with an opportunity to increase to full time based on performance. Unlimited capacity to conduct paid personal training sessions at a commissioned rate of 50% of paid session rates.
• Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, 6am – 8:30pm. Saturday 9am-3:30pm.
• Applicants must have the availability to work evening shifts
