About the Team:  Workday is seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Change Enablement Specialist to join our newly-formed Global Marketing Operations Design team within the Strategy and Operations team in Marketing. Our team is responsible for designing and activating new ways of working to drive Marketing scale, speed, and impact. We redesign processes, optimize frameworks, challenge assumptions, rethink tools, and set Marketing up for future success.

 

About the Role:  The Change Enablement Senior Manager will support our ongoing transformation by driving the implementation and adoption of new operational frameworks, processes, tools, and best practices within the global marketing organization. This role involves working closely with key stakeholders to ensure new ways of working are well-communicated, understood, and seamlessly integrated into daily operations. The focus is on fostering a culture of adaptability and operational efficiency through clear documentation and impactful training programs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of change management strategies to drive adoption of new marketing processes and operational frameworks.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align on change initiatives and develop comprehensive enablement plans.
  • Assess organizational readiness for change, identify potential risks, and provide proactive mitigation plans.
  • Create and implement tailored training programs addressing various learning styles and business needs.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to validate training and documentation content.
  • Build engaging training materials, including manuals, videos, interactive content, and e-learning modules.
  • Conduct live and virtual training sessions to support the adoption of new processes, tools, and operational models.
  • Produce clear, detailed documentation for processes, policies, and best practices, maintaining a centralized knowledge base.
  • Monitor adoption and engagement metrics, gather feedback, and refine training and change enablement efforts.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in change management, training, or organizational enablement roles.
  • Ability to enable change initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and engagement.
  • Experience in creating and delivering training content across multiple formats and regions.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with marketing operations and technology ecosystems.
  • Exposure to change management methodologies or relevant training (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is a plus.
  • Experience in developing e-learning modules and using learning management systems.
  • Analytical skills to measure training effectiveness and change adoption.
