Job Description

Carle Health is seeking an  Child Psychiatric NP  to join our one-of-a-kind program at Trillium Place Young Minds Center, an affiliate of Carle Health, in Peoria, Illinois. Practice Details Include:

• Our established practice includes multiple Providers including APPs, Master’s level Therapists, and a Neuropsychologist
• Outpatient, IOP, and PHP services all in one facility in addition to an inpatient capacity of 44 licensed beds
• Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination

Education Requirements: Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing required Licensure/Certification Requirements:

• Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification required
• Current IL APRN and RN license
• Current IL Controlled Substance License and DEA registration
• Current BLS Certification

About the Trillium Place Young Minds Center: Trillium Place Young Minds Center is a new child and adolescent inpatient and outpatient center at Carle Health, a not-for-profit healthcare organization. The new center will be a one-stop location for youth services by offering counseling, psychiatry, crisis services, and inpatient behavioral health services all in one location. This state-of-the-art facility will increase inpatient beds, add intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programming, and increase outpatient clinic services. Located on a beautiful, wooded campus, the residential setting and innovative design of the center offers a comfortable, therapeutic environment exclusively for youth and families.
