Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Programmer to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC programming, a keen eye for detail, and a dedication to producing high-quality work. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the success of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs for a variety of machinery, including lathes, mills, and routers.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to create accurate and efficient machining instructions.
• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the programming or machining process.
• Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and other team members to ensure smooth production flow and meet project deadlines.
• Maintain and update tooling libraries, ensuring the availability of necessary tools and materials.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machining efficiency and product quality.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code) and CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks).
• Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and tooling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC programming or related field preferred.
