Job Description

Are you enthusiastic and organized with a passion for event planning? We're looking for an Event Communications Assistant to join our team! This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in event management and communications, along with ample opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring every detail is meticulously managed.
  • Communication Support: Develop and distribute event-related communications, including invitations, press releases, and promotional materials.
  • Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Event Promotion: Help create and implement strategies to enhance event visibility and boost attendance.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze feedback from participants to improve future events.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 0-2 years in event coordination, communications, or a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with various responsibilities.
