• * Responsibilities for Conflicts Analyst: **

Research and analyze potential new business Process, preform and complete requests for conflicts searches, research and business intake forms Assist with process, procedure and technology improvements to reduce risk and improve efficiency Work closely with team members on new business, new employees and projects Act as point of contact for New Business and Conflicts Assist with training department employees ** Qualifications for Conflicts Analyst: ** Bachelor’s degree required; Masters or J.D. preferred 3+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or professional services firm preferred Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization and demonstrate a team-oriented work style Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and scanning software Strict and complete adherence to maintaining confidential and sensitive information Ability to work overtime, as needed
