Commercial Construction Superintendent

General Construction- GC/CM- Construction Management

Job sites are located within approximately ninety minutes or so of the Lehigh Valley region, home daily.   This is a full-time permanent staff position.  Commercial construction project experience (new ground up, additions & renovations) ranging from ~$4 million to 20 million.

• Ability to interact with field personnel, contractors, and customers /clients.
• Meticulous with excellent time management skills.
• Coordinate and schedule trades
• Safety proficient
• Administrative responsibilities: Daily reports, look ahead schedules, document control onsite (tracking of drawing/RFI changes to the documents).
• Blueprint comprehension, layout and coordination, material handling and inventory, site safety coordination, determining labor and production, ensuring labor hours, equipment, and material resources.
• Professional oral and written communication skills.

Requirements:

• Qualified individuals will have five (5) or more years of commercial project experience, including Gound Up/Out of Ground
• Salary is commensurate with experience
• Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, project management software, & scheduling software
• Bachelor’s degree a plus
