The Simon Group is a boutique communications agency in North Andover, MA. For more than 30 years we have been crafting inspiring marketing communications for clients using our blend of insight and resourcefulness in an atmosphere that fosters creativity, collaboration, and humor. We provide expertise to the healthcare, nonprofit, commercial real estate and technology industries through strategic consulting, brand development, print and digital design, implementation, and fulfillment.

We are seeking a full-time experienced strategic content developer who will be responsible for crafting a variety of content solutions and the strategy behind them for clients across a range of B2B industries. The ideal candidate will also develop engaging copy for digital, social and print platforms and collaborate with our diverse team of professionals in a dynamic, virtual environment that fosters creativity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft audience-driven content that aligns with brand voice and best practices across web, video, email, sales materials, social, ads, and print

• Transform strategic goals into clear, persuasive messaging, content plans, and copy in collaboration with clients and account directors

• Refine and interpret creative briefs, asking insightful questions to uncover key ideas and opportunities.

• Clarify and communicate the strategic reasoning behind creative choices, ensuring alignment with client objectives

• Other responsibilities include tracking time and project status using company project management tool

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field (Marketing, Communications or other).

• 5+ years of copy/content and strategic experience, preferably within an agency environment.

• Significant experience in professional and commercial content development, especially in B2B Healthcare markets (HCP and Healthcare Admin audience).

• Experience actively participating in client facing strategy sessions/meetings

• Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of Mac computers, databases and the Adobe Creative Suite.
