LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Contract Attorney for a temporary to permanent position. This is a fully remote position, but Pennsylvania preferred (occasional office meetings required). The ideal candidate will have experience working with various contracts and be responsible for full cycle contract management including but not limited to (contracts, agreements, NDAs working with start-ups to establish businesses through every state of corporate life cycle, managing employment agreements, lease drafting and handling all aspects of contract review and negotiations).
