JOB SUMMARY:

The Courier/Messenger performs duties of incoming and outgoing mail distribution as well as delivery and pick up of materials from off site locations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Prepares daily mail correspondence.
2. Responsible for maintaining a schedule of rounds between departments.
3. Process all incoming and outgoing mail.
4. Maintains a schedule route for all outgoing deliveries.
5. Mailroom clerk is responsible for the accurate delivery of laboratory specimens and reports.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Valid Current Texas Driver's License
• Store Room or Warehouse experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
