The Office:
The USC Office of Culture, Ethics and Compliance is seeking a full-time Culture Program Director for the USC Culture Journey, which is a university-wide initiative to align our institutional systems and processes and individual behaviors with our six unifying values (Integrity, Excellence, Accountability, Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Open Communication, and Well-being).This individual will work closely with stakeholders across the university to align, develop, and coordinate programs, initiatives, and resources related to cultural transformation to meet the needs of the university community.
Under the supervision of the Executive Director of Organizational Change Ethics and Culture, the Culture Program Director will primarily focus on the following responsibilities.

The annual base salary range for this position is $124,749.96 - $154,000.00.
