Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Remote Student Financial Advisors to support college students navigating the FAFSA (Federal Student Aid) process and provide guidance on student loans. This is a fulfilling opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' educational journeys.

What You'll Do:

Engage with students through inbound and outbound calls, assisting them with the FAFSA process after they have completed their admissions.
Review FAFSA application statuses and proactively reach out to students to collect and complete necessary documents.
Provide clear and detailed instructions over the phone, ensuring students feel comfortable and supported throughout the process.
Assist students who have just enrolled and are beginning their FAFSA journey.
Maintain high-quality interactions, measured against metrics such as call volume, file quality, completion rates, and time spent available in the inbound queue.

Training:

Participate in a comprehensive 30-day training program to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed for success in this role.

Schedule:

After training, your working hours will be as follows (all times in Eastern Standard Time):

Monday to Friday:

2 days per week: 9 AM - 6 PM
1 day per week: 10 AM - 7 PM
1 day per week: 11 AM - 8 PM
Fridays: 8 AM - 5 PM

Weekends:

1 weekend every 4 weeks
Saturdays: 9 AM - 6 PM
Sundays: 12 PM - 7 PM
Days off will be on Friday and Monday following a weekend worked.
