Pandemics, storms, security events, earthquakes, and other incidents are becoming both more frequent and increasingly catastrophic.    This federal agency is charged with connecting individuals, businesses, and private non-profits with federal agency disaster assistance programs to improve disaster recovery outcomes and economic resilience by helping communities prepare for, respond to, recover from, and mitigate against disasters of all types.

  • Develop data models, reports, and dashboards to track the performance of disaster recovery programs and identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support the creation of risk assessments and predictive models to improve disaster preparedness and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity, and to inform decision-making processes.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support federal disaster recovery programs, helping to improve community resilience and the efficiency of response efforts.
  • Assist in the development of performance metrics for disaster recovery programs and present findings to stakeholders, including federal agencies and local governments.
