Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business partners and key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate into data requirements, ensuring solutions that meet organizational goals and support analytics and reporting requirements
• Work with infrastructure partners to design scalable, efficient, and maintainable data pipelines and processes
• Design and document data engineering requirements for building a curated, enterprise data asset, ensuring it supports analytics and reporting across all operations pillars and businesses
• Investigate current data structures, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks to identify optimization opportunities, streamline synergies between businesses, and normalize data structures and definitions
• Ensure data assets are aligned with strategic business objectives and support improved decision-making across operations
• Map and analyze interdependencies between data sources, business applications, systems, and KPIs while building a curated, end-to-end data zone
• Identify opportunities for automation and performance improvements within ETL processes
• Maintain documentation of data processes and requirements for data curation

Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience for Analyst and 3+ year experience for Senior Analyst roles in data science, data engineering or related fields
• Strong expertise in programming languages like SQL and Python
• Experience in working with Databricks platform and data extraction in cloud environments like Azure/AWS for data extraction, manipulation and curation
• Proven ability to apply statistical and mathematical theories to business
• Experience in working with optimizing complex data structures & processes in multi-business environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients and stakeholders
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g. Data Science, Computer Science, Data Engineering). Advance degree preferred
• Experience with contact center systems and related data hierarchies preferred (but not mandatory)
• Prior knowledge of Finance and banking preferred
