SGS Technologie is looking for Charitable Endowment Specialist to work with direct client at St. Petersburg, FL.

Charitable Endowment Specialist

Contract - W2

Hybrid - St. Petersburg, FL

**Local candidates only- hybrid onsite 3x per week maximum

**Will provide laptop**

Strictly temporary year-end volume assistance

Job Summary: This person will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Charitable Endowment Fund department.

Duties

• Assists in preparing or reviewing reports.
• Handle email correspondence while utilizing strong written communication and customer service skills
• Maintain a high attention to detail while meeting assigned goals
• Assist with various projects as assigned by manager
• There will be phone work involved
• Assisting in collecting information to approve charities
• Researches charities status with the IRS using resources provided.

Additional Information

• Work schedule is 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday

Must Haves

• At least 5 years of administrative or customer service experience within a professional work environment
• Must have strong data entry skills - Please have your candidates complete a data entry test (not a typing test) before being submitted. Preferably a test that measures their speed and accuracy. A score of at least 5,500 keystrokes per hour with 85% accuracy or higher, is ideal. Please attach data entry scores to the candidate's resume.
• Experience with phones / call center
• Experience within the banking / financial industry is a BIG plus
• High attention to detail
• Customer service oriented
• Team player - willing to jump in whenever needed (even if it doesn't fall within their job description)
• Ability to Multi-task

High School Diploma or Equivalent
