Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input alphabetic and numeric data into databases or software programs using a keyboard or optical scanner.
Upload data from external sources and transcribe audio or video content as needed.
Review and enter data from source documents such as checks, sales reports, and invoices.
Organize and verify the accuracy of demographic, financial, and customer information before entry.
Compare data with source documents to detect and correct any discrepancies.
Maintain records of completed work, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date.
Follow established procedures to ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy.
Prioritize data entry tasks based on organizational needs or guidance from team leaders.
Verify and update customer and account data, ensuring information is current and correct.
Eliminate duplicate data and perform regular database backups to secure information.
Suggest improvements to data collection processes, including form and template design.
Operate office equipment as needed to assist with data entry tasks.
Contribute to team success by taking on related tasks and supporting your colleagues.
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in data entry, clerical work, or an office setting.
Basic computer proficiency.
Familiarity with data-entry software or cloud storage is a plus.
