Are you detail-oriented with a knack for accuracy? We're looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining the integrity of our data by accurately entering information into our databases and supporting various teams with their data needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Preparation: Organize and prepare data and files for accurate entry into our systems.
Data Entry: Input data into databases or spreadsheets with a high level of precision.
System Adherence: Follow established data entry systems and methods to ensure consistency.
Data Management: Backup, merge, and maintain data across different platforms to keep our databases up-to-date.
Information Support: Provide requested data and reports to team members and executives, ensuring confidentiality is maintained.
Data Quality: Eliminate duplicated data and ensure accuracy in all entries.
File Management: Manage, archive, and retrieve files as necessary to support ongoing projects.
