• *Job Title: Day Porter / Janitorial**
• *Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
• Perform and document daily inspections of the buildings interior and exterior spaces
• Perform general janitorial duties
• Trash collection and disposal
• Restroom cleaning & stocking
• Mopping/buffing of hard service floors
• Vacuuming
• Dusting
• Daily disinfection of common touch points
• Stock and maintain inventory of supplies and consumables
• Spot cleaning as required
• Provide cleaning to clinical areas following all related policies and procedures
• Assist with general building repairs (ie: change light bulbs, restock consumables)
• Perform other duties as assigned
• *Qualifications:**
• 2-4 Years minimum experience in janitorial services
• Potential candidate would preferably have background cleaning in a clinical/healthcare environment.
• Clean driving record
• Ability to read, write and understand English
• Excellent customer service skills in dealing with staff
• Ability to operate a variety of common cleaning machines, i.e., vacuums, floor scrubbers/buffers, etc., as well as use common hand tools
