**Job Description:**
We are seeking reliable and motivated Delivery Associates to join our team. As a Delivery Associate, you will be the face of our company, responsible for delivering packages to customers' doors with a smile. You will operate a company-provided vehicle and use a handheld device to navigate your route and scan packages.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport and deliver packages to customers.
- Follow all safety guidelines and driving regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Accurately sort, load, and deliver packages in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
**Requirements:**
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift, bend, and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
