Summary for the Deposit Services Representative:
Assists other members of the Deposit Services Department with processing of daily work . Assumes other Deposit Services duties when there is an absence within the department. Provides internal and external support for all deposit account products. This person must be patient, able to research, problem-solve, handle a very busy atmosphere and have the ability to handle stressful situations and resolve customers issues and complaints. Must be able to meet daily deadlines.
