job summary:
Our enterprise client has a long-term consulting opportunity with holidays and paid time off for an experienced Technical Support Specialist to work in the New York City office of an enterprise financial client. The candidate will be supporting all Microsoft Office products as well as providing executive support. In office five days a week.

Job Duties - Primarily support workstation systems hardware and software issues
Support iPhone/iPad and Android devices
Physically move desktop technology from one office to another
Track assets with inventory software
Provide support for audio/video conferences
Install/maintain/troubleshoot both local and network printers
Contribute/share knowledge with the Team
Strictly follow procedures
White-glove support
Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree is Preferred but not required and a minimum of 4 to 6 years of technology preferably within a financial services environment
Desired Skills & Experience - Extensive Windows 10/11 workstation build and imaging. WIM/SCCM knowledge a plus
Knowledge of Mac OS, Microsoft Office Office 365, Teams, OneDrive, TCP/IP troubleshooting, Microsoft Active Directory,
MobileIron/Intune MDM and enterprise integrated iPhone/iPad/Android/Surface
Excellent knowledge of Bit9, Kaseya, Aternity, Tanium, CrowdStrike, Zoom
Knowledge of Market feed applications, including FactSet and Bloomberg
Superior communication and facilitation skills
Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Good technical problem solving skills
