About the Role

As a Dialysis Nurse you will provide highquality patientcentered care for individuals with kidney disease. This is a relocationfriendly RN opportunity offering career growth collaboration and meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver care to patients undergoing hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis in acute and chronic care settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe effective dialysis treatments and patient satisfaction.
• Monitor and assess patients conditions before during and after dialysis.
• Educate patients and their families about managing kidney health and longterm care plans.
• Uphold the standards of the Texas Nurse Practice Act and maintain professional nursing practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education :

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing .

Experience :

• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience .

Licenses/Certifications :

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license (open to all states; support for Texas licensure provided).
• CPRBCLS certification ( ACLS required before completing orientation).

Skills :

• Strong understanding of the nursing process and ability to deliver patientcentered care .
• Experience working with therapeutic equipment and electronic medical records (EMR) .
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a collaborative healthcare environment.
