Overview: Preferred – NO Healthcare Experience. We are looking for experiences and perspectives from outside the healthcare industry. Must be a fast learner of technical details; combined with exceptional communication and people skills. Must be a road warrior that operates with urgency in leading and managing processes and people. Must be a persuasive communicator in every interaction.

Professional Responsibilities:

• Drive growth and improvement continuously, both directly and through leadership skills.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO to achieve expansion and quality goals.
• Build and lead a highly urgent and competent sales/marketing function.
• Establish, nurture and maintain constructive professional relationships with all referral sources.

Position Competencies:

• Demonstrates an understanding for urgency with tasks identified as high priority.
• Sees all tasks through to completion and by deadline; Lives up to verbal and written agreements, regardless of personal cost.
• Is clear and articulate in presenting ideas, responding to inquiries and implementing projects.

• Demonstrates exceptional time management and organizational skills enabling production of significant output with minimal wasted effort.
• Maintains calm, stable performance when under heavy pressure or stress. Shows respect and consideration to others in all situations. Represents the organization in a mature, ethical, and responsible manner at all times.
• Demonstrates ability to coach people in their current roles to improve performance and prepare them for future roles. Models competence, responsibility, compassion and professionalism.
