Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Operations (LICSW or LMHC) at Safe Harbor Wellness & Psychiatric Services. Fully remote possible for the right candidate. The role will consist of seeing clients for individual therapy for roughly 15 sessions per week. The remainder of the week/time worked will consist of administrative tasks such as posting on the company Facebook page helpful clinical tips, marketing our services, etc. as well as overseeing pre-licensed clinicians. This is a new role for us so it will evolve over time!
