Description: Salary Range: $83.85/hour - $98.65/hourJob Summary:This director level position is primarily responsible for ensuring a diverse candidate pool and development of a wide candidate pipeline for multiple business units, overseeing candidate screening and selection for complex positions across multiple business units or regions, and overseeing the reporting of Company recruiting and hiring information. This position oversees company recruiting activities and develops, aligns, and implements short-term and long-term talent acquisition strategies in partnership with senior leaders (e.g., HRBPs, TA Strategy & Design, Succession Planning, Diversity, etc.).Essential Responsibilities:Demonstrates continuous learning and maintains a highly skilled and engaged workforce by aligning resource plans with business objectives; overseeing the recruitment, selection, and development of talent; motivating teams; preparing individuals for growth opportunities and advancement; staying current with industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices; providing guidance when difficult decisions need to be made; and ensuring performance management guidelines and expectations drive business needs.Oversees the operation of multiple units and/or departments by identifying customer and operational needs; analyzing resources, costs, and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; gaining cross-functional support for business plans and priorities; translating business strategy into actionable business requirements; obtaining and distributing resources; setting standards and measuring progress; removing obstacles that impact performance; guiding performance and developing contingency plans accordingly; and ensuring products and/or services meet customer requirements and expectations while aligning with organizational strategies.Ensures a diverse candidate pool and development of a wide candidate pipeline for multiple business units by defining organizational sourcing strategies; building and maintaining relationships with external vendors (e.g. job boards, external search) to ensure adequate sourcing and candidate identification; reviewing candidate flow statistics; and recommending strategies for optimal sourcing to hiring managers and recruiters.Oversees candidate screening and selection for complex positions across multiple business units or regions by defining processes for determining applicant requirements; defining candidate assessment and interviewing strategies; defining strategies to identify minimum and preferred qualifications requirements to categorize applicants and narrow the candidate pool.Oversees the reporting of Company recruiting and hiring information by staying abreast of external data and market trends; reviewing reports and analyses; identifying key data insights; leveraging findings to gain buy-in from stakeholders; designing and implementing new reports; and ensuring reporting requirements are met.Oversees company recruiting activities by ensuring team members provide specialized consultation on recruiting and hiring issues; analyzing and reviewing research and providing advice and assistance on employment related regulations both at the State and Federal level; serving as a point of advice, problem resolution, and facilitation for escalated recruiting issues; advising employees and management regarding recruiting policies, procedures, and documentation; providing advice regarding recruiting issues to all levels of leadership; managing the research, identification and analysis of recruiting concerns; defining problem resolution strategies; and managing recruiting data and process audits.Develops, aligns, and implements short-term and long-term talent acquisition strategies in partnership with senior leaders (e.g., HRBPs, TA Strategy & Design, Succession Planning, Diversity, etc.) across business units by collaborating with key stakeholders to create action plans, set direction, and establish goals; implementing process improvement plans related to recruitment systems, policies and processes, and performance; consulting and communicating with executive leaders regarding talent acquisition and talent management strategies, short/long term objectives, and alignment with organizational goals and initiatives; ensures service level agreements lead to the delivery of high quality and cost-effective talent acquisition services; developing, analyzing and reporting on success against workforce and recruitment/hiring metrics; and collaborating with HR Leaders to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment services, including establishment of performance metrics and measurement of client satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum four (4) years supervisory experience.Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, Public Administration or related field and Minimum ten (10) years experience in human resources or business operations, including at least 7 years in recruitment. Additional equivalent work experience in a directly related field may be substituted for the degree requirement. Additional Requirements: Preferred Qualifications:Five (5) years experience working cross-functionally across departments, functions, or business lines.Three (3) years experience managing operational or project budgets.Four (4) years managing the recruitment, sourcing, screening, and selection of candidates for hard to fill, professional and/or licensed positions.Four (4) years experience managing health care recruitment, sourcing, screening, and selection of candidates for clinical positions.
