We are looking to welcome a TA Leader in our Boston HQ who is passionate about talent, digital, next-gen analytics, culture, and experience. In this role, you will design and manage the execution of our recruitment strategy for our GTM and Corporate Functions in the Americas, reporting into the Global SVP of Talent Acquisition.

This is a highly visible role and sits as part of the global talent acquisition (TA) leadership team. You will bring your experience, creativity, and passion for building world class teams to this role - partnering with others in TA leadership to design talent attraction strategies to support PTC's continued growth. You will closely partner with leadership across the business aligning talent attraction strategies to business objectives; leading and developing a resilient team committed to reaching these goals and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You are a data driven leader, see value in the details and will leverage analytics, insights, and research to elevate our TA process.

Your Day-To-Day:
  • Collaborate with executives, hiring managers, HR, TA Leadership, and key stakeholders to develop hiring strategies to support immediate and going growth needs.
  • Drive and own the full life cycle recruiting processes within your scope with a sense of urgency.
  • Act as key partner and strategic advisor to leaders, sharing market trends and insights influencing our hiring process.
  • Educate on competency-based interviewing processes, assessment tools, and inclusive interview practices.
  • Promote an exceptional PTC candidate experience at every interaction.
  • Guide your team to build, nurture and develop engaged talent communities to support current and future talent needs.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, evolving tools and processes in our industry.
  • Actively contribute to the strategic roadmap for global TA and participate/lead on projects and initiatives as part of the TA Leadership Team.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
  • Strong influencing and communication skills and the ability to drive consistent results.
  • You are an active problem solver and natural collaborator able to partner across departments and geographies to reach the right outcomes.
  • You bring a natural data-driven leadership approach to measure performance, identify opportunities and create strategic solutions to support PTC growth.
  • You have the ability the communicate a clear vision at all levels of our organization through your presentation skills and executive presence.

Preferred Experience:
  • 7+ years of TA team management experience.
  • 10+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience in a global, enterprise software company - SaaS based and industrial tech preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing high growth, high tech recruitment in multiple geos.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience.
  • This role is required in Boston, and we are a hybrid work culture. In this role you should plan to work in our Seaport office 2-3 days per week.
