Salary range:

$1250 - $1800 /week

THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of events from conception to completion
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure services for events
• Help manage event logistics, including venue selection, setup, and breakdown
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Communicate with clients to understand their event needs and expectations
• Track event budgets and assist in financial planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for events and customer service
