Job Description:

We are is looking for a dynamic and organized Entry-Level Events Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of various events, ensuring they run smoothly and successfully. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about event coordination and eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting.

Pay:

$20.50 - $31.50 per hour

Responsibilities :

  • Assist with the planning, preparation, and execution of events, both internal and external.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, vendor management, and on-site support.
  • Maintain communication with event stakeholders, ensuring all details are addressed.
  • Support the creation of event materials, such as schedules, signage, and promotional content.
  • Help manage event budgets and track expenses.
  • Ensure timely delivery of supplies, equipment, and other necessary resources.
  • Address attendee inquiries and provide exceptional customer service during events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure cohesive event execution

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
