The Entry Level Events Assistant supports the coordination and execution of events for the company. This role involves assisting with planning, logistics, and on-site management to ensure the success of events while maintaining excellent client and team relationships.

THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and organizing events, including timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.
• Support the events team with venue setup, material preparation, and equipment logistics.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, attendees, and vendors during events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and ensure effective communication.
• Monitor and evaluate the success of events, collecting feedback for future improvements.
• Manage event-related administrative tasks, including tracking expenses and maintaining records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in event management, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
