Job Description: We are is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Entry Level Events Assistant to support our events team in planning and executing memorable promotional events. This role is perfect for individuals eager to start a career in event coordination and marketing, with opportunities to develop skills in logistics, communication, and client relations. Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing promotional events.
• Support the events team with scheduling, vendor coordination, and venue setup.
• Maintain event materials, supplies, and inventory.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align event goals with promotional strategies.
• Handle on-site event tasks, including setup, guest assistance, and tear-down.
• Gather feedback and assist in post-event evaluations to improve future events.

Skills Required

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as events require.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with event management tools is a bonus.
