We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be an integral part of our events planning and execution process, supporting the team in delivering exceptional experiences for our clients and attendees. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the events industry, providing hands-on experience and exposure to a variety of event types, including corporate meetings, social gatherings, and promotional activities

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to completion.
• Support the events team with logistical tasks, including venue research and vendor communication.
• Manage guest lists and RSVP tracking to ensure accurate attendance.
• Help with on-site event setup, registration, and breakdown processes.
• Collaborate with team members to create event promotional materials and communications.
• Attend events to provide support and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design software is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn about event planning and management.
