Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients through various channels, including telemarketing and in-person meetings, to promote insurance products.
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions tailored to their requirements.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, coverage options, and benefits.
Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Stay informed about market trends and developments in the insurance industry to better serve clients.

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Requirements

Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Previous experience in insurance sales, retail sales, or customer service is preferred but optional.
Familiarity with sales administration processes is a plus.
Ability to negotiate effectively and advocate for clients’ best interests.
A proactive attitude towards learning about various insurance products and market dynamics.
Must be detail-oriented and organized in managing client information and documentation.
