Rezzy is seeking motivated and dynamic Solar Setters to join our growing team! This entry-level, full-time role is based in-office and offers significant growth opportunities and uncapped earning potential through commissions.

As a Solar Setter, you’ll connect with potential customers, highlighting the financial and environmental advantages of solar energy. Your main responsibility will be scheduling appointments for our solar consultants and helping clients take the first step toward a greener, more cost-efficient future.

Compensation:

This role includes a base salary of $36,000 + uncapped commission, with clear paths for career advancement and competitive total earnings.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Organizing and prioritizing your lead pipeline to maximize efficiency and drive results.
• Connecting with potential clients to educate them about solar energy and schedule appointments for consultations.
• Following up with leads to answer questions and ensure they understand the value of solar energy.
• Collaborating with the team to provide an exceptional client experience at all times.



Requirements:

• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
• Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
