Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events that align with our organization's mission and goals.
Pay Range
$1100 - $1350 weekly
Responsibilities Include
Plan and coordinate logistics for a variety of events including conferences, workshops, and community outreach activities.
Develop event timelines and manage budgets to ensure financial goals are met.
Collaborate with internal teams to define event objectives and target audiences.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers for venue booking, catering, equipment, and promotional materials.
Manage guest registrations and respond to inquiries regarding event details.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a corporate or non-profit setting.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with event management software and tools for registration and marketing.
