Position: Event Coordinator Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, ranging from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and social gatherings. You will play a critical role in ensuring that every event runs smoothly from start to finish, handling logistics, vendor management, and onsite coordination. Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute events from conception to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and attendees.
• Coordinate with clients to determine event needs, goals, and budgets.
• Research and procure vendors, venues, and materials necessary for successful events.
• Manage event timelines, ensuring all aspects are completed on schedule.
• Oversee on-site event operations, providing direction and support to team members and vendors during events.
• Develop and manage budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring events remain within financial limits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and coordination with a strong portfolio of successful events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
