SalesBizLab We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and overseeing various events that align with our organizational goals. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams and vendors to create memorable experiences.

Pay Range:

$21.50 - $28.00 per hour

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: New Jersey

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, vendor management, and budgeting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful execution of events.
• Develop event timelines, checklists, and schedules to keep projects on track.
• Conduct site visits and negotiate contracts with venues and service providers.
• Manage event registration, attendee communications, and on-site logistics.
• Monitor trends and industry developments to recommend innovative event concepts.
• Evaluate the success of each event and prepare post-event reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar position.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
